4 inch ChemLight lightstick (10cm)
The 4” ChemLight infrared lightstick (10cm) glows for 8 hours and is used by military and police forces on a variety of operations like:
- airborne operations at night,
- survival operations at sea,
- replenishment at sea activities for which the IR lightsticks are used to measure the distance between two ships covertly. A rope, marked at regular intervals by 10 cm infrared lightsticks connects the two vessels to measure and monitor the safety distance.
